How it Works
You Share the Love to a family member, friend or colleague to OceanMed Staffing by completing the
Referral Form or talking directly to your Allied Health Consultant. Your Consultant will contact your referral and introduce them to OceanMed Staffing. Once your referral is ready to move forward with us, we begin the Employment Process.
Your Monthly Referral Checks
You will be paid $1.00 per hour for every single hour that your referral works for OceanMed Staffing. Hours are calculated for every calendar month. Your Monthly Referral Bonus will be included on your first check of every month and direct deposited into your bank account.
Examples
- You have 3 full-time referrals that worked the month of August. All three referrals worked 168 hours for the month. We will pay you $168 for each referral for a total monthly referral bonus of $504!
- You refer a friend that works full time 51 weeks per year for 4 years. That is $8160 paid to you over the 4 year period! Imagine referring 5 friends at $8160 each! Your earning potential for referrals is unlimited!
