Getting Started
Once we establish a basic partnership Agreement, OceanMed Staffing starts working for you. The very first step is to assign a client management team who will be dedicated to your account. Most teams consist of an Account Executive, a team of Recruiting Specialists and a Compliance Officer. Your Account Executive will work with you to identify the specific technical and clinical requirements of your need and develop a customized recruitment profile for the type of qualified professional that would best fit your needs.
Recruitment Process
The first step in the recruitment process is to identify all qualified candidates that we are currently working with or have worked with in the past. These candidates are already proven professionals and approved to work for OceanMed Staffing. Simultaneously, our team of Recruitment Specialists will organize and conduct an active search that is focused directly on your specific requirements. Once we have identified a group of candidates that meet your requirements, then we review, verify, and assess each candidate’s experience, skills, licensure, certifications and professional references. Your Account Executive then interviews each qualified candidate to better identify if the candidate is truly right for the role from a professional and personal standpoint.
The Interview Process
Your Account Executive will deliver you the profiles of the qualified candidates that met our screening process and that we feel would meet your requirements. If you feel that one or more of the candidates is a possible solution for your organization, we will schedule a phone interview with the candidate where we can formally introduce you to the candidate and allow you to interview the candidate. After the interview, we will follow up with both you and the candidate to get an idea of how the interview progressed and if there is any further information needed for you or the candidate. Once you decide on a candidate that is right for your organization, we will formalize all of the details of the contract and send it to you for your review and execution.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
After we receive the signed Employee Assignment Agreement, your Compliance Officer immediately begins working on all of the compliance documentation required for employment. OceanMed Staffing maintains the highest quality standards of testing including drug screens, criminal back ground checks, three professional reference checks and licensure verifications. Once all documentation for the candidate has been received, your Account Manager will notify you and send you the documents required by your organization.
Monitoring Performance
Your Account Manager will communicate with you weekly, at a minimum, throughout the assignment to ensure your requirements are being met and that our employee is performing well for your organization. We are also available to our clients 24 hours a day.
